Built from family roots, not a franchise script.

Clayton Nelson is the owner of Nelson Wallin Roof Rejuvenation. The Nelson Wallin name comes from his own family brand — the same mark he uses on his hobby farm. The business carries that same standard: honest assessments, local service, and work that has to hold up in Minnesota weather.

Science

The science behind roof rejuvenation.

Traditional roofing often misdiagnoses the problem as age. In reality, the bigger culprit is oxidation and oil loss. When shingles dry out, they become brittle, lose granules, and start looking condemned long before the structure is truly done.

GreenSoy™ uses soy-derived, plant-based polymers that penetrate asphalt, chemically bond with it, help re-seal granules, reactivate tar strips, and rebuild UV protection. It revives the shingle from within rather than coating the surface.

Replacement sends millions of tons of asphalt shingles to landfills every year. Rejuvenation is the zero-tear-off alternative.
